Emerson DeWit’s 246 Highlights Bowling Season So Far

Lowell’s bowling teams have had a busy last two months on the lanes, currently chasing Cedar Springs who is setting the standard in the River Cities at the present time.

On the girls side, Rae-lynn Rottier has been a reliable presence throughout the season, rolling 15 games with an average of 100.9 and a high game of 147, showing steady growth as the year has progressed. Camden Cardinel has logged 13 games and posted an 81.5 average, continuing to gain experience and consistency in varsity competition.

Emerson DeWit has emerged as one of Lowell’s top performers, averaging 145 across 15 games and recording a season-best high game of 246, giving the Red Arrows a dependable scoring anchor. That 246 broke into the top three scores on the girls program in history, surpassing Courtney Witten’s 237 in 2021. Morgan Allison holds the all time record with a pair of 253’s in 2017.

Amaya Jackson who serves as the veteran of the team has averaged 153.5 over 15 games with a high game of 205, consistently producing strong series and helping lead Lowell’s lineup in key matches.

The boys team has been led by a balanced group of high scorers, including a number of returning contributors from last year.. Colton Jackson has put together a strong season with a 151.8 average across 13 games and a high game of 203, providing steady production near the top of the order.

Myles Kuehle has been one of Lowell’s most explosive bowlers, averaging 145.3 over 11 games while posting a season-high game of 226. Raymond Phillips has added depth and consistency, averaging 142.8 in 11 games with a high game of 204, often delivering important frames when the team needs them most.

Sabin Ingram has been the statistical leader for the Red Arrows, carrying a 154.4 average through 11 games and recording a standout high game of 248, the highest single game among Lowell bowlers this season. Senior Jack Hughes has a high game of 173 and nearly matched that with a 172 on the 14th. Brennen Nelson is trying a new sport this winter and has bowled in four games with a 115 average and a high game of 133. Dylan Anderson recorded a PR on Monday with a high game of 172, as did Reece Schroeder who bowled a 137.
