It’s been a good season for the JV Red Arrows which included a 28-0 scoreline over Newaygo earlier this year. Nothing quite as crazy as that this week, but four wins out of five is a great result. The team is now 20-7-1 overall under the guidance of Thomas Daller, Brian Daller, and Jason Milanowski.

Lowell baseball went 4-1 on the week, sweeping Sparta and splitting at the Hudsonville Tournament behind a Mikulski gem.

Lowell’s 8th grade baseball team opened its season by splitting a pair of games, falling 6–4 to Kenowa Hills before rebounding with a 12–4 win over Cedar Springs in a game shortened to five innings.

Lowell opened its three-game River Cities Alliance series with Coopersville by taking Game 1 before the Broncos won the final two games, with Nathen Raison, Logan Dawson, Bryce Lehman, Owen Kreps, and Kaden Gosney among Lowell’s top performers across the series.

Lowell improved to 3-1 on the season with a doubleheader sweep of Traverse City West, winning 13-2 in five innings and 9-4 behind timely hitting and a late six-run rally in game two.

Lowell baseball opened its season with an 11-1 five-inning mercy-rule win over East Kentwood, scoring six runs in the first inning and finishing with four hits.
